36 Wonderful Hours

We had fun with Todd in town a couple of weekends ago. Is it strange that it's hard for me to imagine what life was like just four months ago? Everyday life is so different now. It will be wonderful when Todd is able to move home! In the meantime, we'll enjoy our 36 hour visits whenever they roll around.

Does Todd look wiped out or what?!? Poor guy. I was just thankful he made the drive home safely! We enjoyed  dinner out for a "back-to-school" celebration (and Todd was able to watch the BYU game - not a bad setup!)

After dinner we headed across the street to practice Ryder's new soccer skills. It was such a beautiful, beautiful day. And after being locked inside the day before with sick, feverish little guys, it felt so great to be out running around together!!

This is a serious game, folks.

Cannon and Ryder are always so sweet to pick me flowers... even the tiniest of ones that grow between the blades of grass.

Hudson on the move! He even walked circles around the family room today with his walker.

Really - check out the clear skies!! Can someone lock in this climate, please?

Does he look focused and ready, or what?

Tough boy.

Check out those mad skills! (and that golden light... so yummy.)
Taking a well-deserved break. I got in trouble for not bringing snacks. Silly me. For some reason I thought the chicken strips and fries he had just finished would have sufficed.

And one last one before the light was completely gone... Cute little Hudson loved climbing up on this rock. I think he's going to be my climber. His brothers sure weren't/aren't!
